The Society of St. Vincent de Paul’s Flower Ministry involves scheduled visits to Manchester, New Hampshire rehabilitation and nursing centers. Our volunteers spend precious moments with individual residents, usually seeing 3 or 4 people separately during each visit.
We aim at brightening the day for elderly and infirm people who may not often enjoy the company of visitors. Those we meet are presented with a lovely flower vase. Together, we chat, share memories, and conclude with prayer.
